Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We can be reached directly during this time. After hours, our answering service will take your information and we will return your call. For a list of our office staff email addresses, see below.
Consultations
It is customary for plastic surgery practices to charge a fee for consultations. Our fee is $120. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your surgery should you decide to have surgery within 6 months.
Consultations usually last about one hour. Dr. Houser typically schedules consultations on Mondays and Wednesdays. With advance notice we should be able to schedule you on another day, if needed.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule. If you have questions before your consultation, please feel free to call our office or email us.
Payment Calculator
The interactive calculator is provided in order to give a general idea of the monthly payments based on the chosen program. Please contact our office for more detailed information.
Our office accepts all major credit cards and personal checks. In addition, we participate in plans with two medical financing companies; CareCredit and SurgeryLoans.com. We do not provide in-house financing.
The CareCredit plans which we accept include 3, 6, and 12 month plans which are same as cash. No interest is charged if you pay in full, on time. If not paid in full on time, 24% interest is charged on the entire (original) dollar amount.
*(on purchases of $1000 or more with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within the agreed upon months or if you make a late payment. Minimum Monthly Payments Required)
We also accept CareCredit plans for 24, 36, and 48 months (balance must be $1000 or more) at 13.90%. Borrowers must make minimum set monthly payments.

All fees for surgery are due in full, two weeks prior to your surgery date.
Location
Our practice is located in Westerville, Ohio, a pleasant suburb on the north side of Columbus. The office is in the Medical Office Building attached to the rear of St. Ann's Hospital.
Parking
Ample patient parking is provided in the lot beside the entrance to the 495 Medical Office Building. Valet parking is available at the entrance to the building, as well.
